OK folks, this was a bit weird.  On the M25 today anti clockwise around Heathrow area, a two tone red/silver 1960s Lotus Elan.... with a huge FAN on the back.  I couldn't work out what was in the boot attached to it, but it sure looked mighty weird, and of a size that'd make you think it was wind powered.
