Granada Chasseur rescue

Some may have seen some rare Granada Chasseur estates on Ebay in the last few days. Can anyone "in the know" pass the word on who may have missed them? They are about to be banger raced but surely hold a better store of parts or a braver mans project.

What's the betting whoever won the listing thinks they're getting a complete car?

£200 for metric spazzer alloys seems a lot to me, especially when the tyres are so expensive-unless that's why someone bought them of course. It'd be a real pisser if that got raced or weighed in, must be incredibly rare now.

Correctomundo, buyer rang up to see how/when to collect. TBH in current state they can't be worth much more but owners says they paid £350 each for them out of a barn collection. They have already lifted one with a crane (building up a mental image here) so roof fooked.

 

When I spoke to they (very nice) lady she knew all about them, the Olympics special bit etc and how many made, but if no-one offered more than scrap value they were going to be mullered in the hill billy grand prix. I just can't get on the same wavelength as banger racers
