due to my brother-in-law moving house he has had to sell some of his cars... he has left both cars with me as he won't have internet to put them on evil bay

 

so i thought i would post in here incase any of you guys are interested in the cars.

 

1st car... 1995 (M) reg nissan micra auto.. white... paint a bit flat... small dent on driver side feont wing... with grey primer or spray paint on it.

 

boot says it's a 1.3 slx but he says log book says it's a 980cc ??

 

has tax until 01/11 and some m.o.t..... think he wants £250

 

2nd car is a 1994 jaguar xjr in metalic red auto... car is currently on irish plates nice looking car.... has dent on front passsenger door... paint not broke.

has some issue with gearbox but still drives great... and some bubbling on drivers wheel arch and passenger side rear arch has rust... this car also has tax and test on it... he wants £400 for the car.

sorry to be a bit vague but only saw a quick glimpse of cars before i had to leave for work

he said that you have to get up to 20 revs on counter before 2nd drive on gearbox kicks in? thats all he told me

From experience, I'm guessing that the grungle pins will need replacing as well.

It's the XJR, they come as a unit so you'll end up with a load of big rubber washers you can't split off the ends of the pins. So much for recycling... And the last time I bought a set they were three figures... each side! :shock:
