Mistakes..i made a few..

On reflection..nearly all my classic car ownership spiels have been warranted with disaster..the short fated 72 Cadillac journey breaking down from Phoenix to New Orleans..the rotten Mk1 Mini Van off Tiree..the 17M Ford Turnier that was stolen in Munich..the ex-DDR Ifa truck that never made it off no mans land in Berlin..the 67 250S Merc in Wellington that accumulated massive fines due to a good friend parking it everywhere it shouldnt have been.. and was never legal..the Borgward Isabella with no brakes and needing heaps of work and had no garage..duh..

But..the bright side of all this is the current Viva HC back in New Zealand.Its now sailed through two MOTS needing zero done to it.Not bad for a 38 yr old car that cost £400.
