Can anybody help me identify what this car radio is from?

Hi everyone,

An elderly friend of a relative of mine has had this radio sitting in their garage for years. Nobody is sure where it came from or when.

Does anybody recognise the radio or the trim surround that goes with it? I'm hoping to the right person it is worth something and can help them finish their car. If anybody needs any additional photos please say so.

I may well be wrong though it looks like a universal trim piece from those halcyon days before vehicles were built around their infotainment systems.

Looks to be typical '70s aftermarket and "universal" mounting bezel.

Fair enough, looking at the trim piece closely I think you could both be correct.

Is it worth me trying to sell it? I don't know if it works or if these things are worth anything to anyone. I'd just rather not throw it away.

You won't make your fortune selling it. £10 to £20 maybe. 

Try looking for similar sold items on ebay.
