Apparently some guys from Southend are looking at it earlier, so I'll know when I get there if it's too much for me and your Dad can "take over".

You can't keep a Panther in a garage.

You'll need a big cage and and enclisure for it to walk around in.........

Yup should be able to make that. Although my dad says he's interested he hasn't seen it yet, and it does need a hell of a lot of work. Old British bikes like this one are fetching a lot on Ebay at the moment, so if Alun is looking for reasonable money then go for it, snap it up. I can't see my dad doing much with it tbh.

 

Oh and by the way, I think I've inadvertantly taken a box of bits from the Panther (including its chain!) along with the many things I took from his garage. I'll bring that over on the 28th so you can sort out what belongs with it and what doesn't.

I really don't know what he wants for the Panther, but I've been after an old British bike for years, so if I can shift the Z200 I'll have a bit of space for it.

 

 

Quite what I'll do with it when I've attached my sidecar, I have no idea. I desperately need a small house with a large garage/barn attached!
