Was the spliff not invented in Matlock Bath, in September 1872, by one Graeme "Gobbler" Boogieboy-Biscuitbarrel who accidentally mixed up his Mother's herbal remedy for "Woman's things" pain with the contents of the half pouch of Drum that was left on the mantleshelf?
