MITSUBISHI SHOGUN. Snog/Marry/Avoid?

My D in L requires an car.

Obviously a Shogun looks big and shiny.

Any thoughts on these as I haven't a clue. 2021 reg ish it seems.

They're brilliant. Dated but brilliant.  2021 will be a Shogun Spurt which is nothing like a Shogun but is like a L200 pick-up.

So are you saying pre '21 may be a better bet, or are the later ones OK?

She tends to keep cars for years, being up to date is probably not a problem if its shiny and keeps going.

Shogun ceased to be imported in 2018 from memory as it never switched to Ad-Blu.

I had a LWB Warrior from 2006 for a few years. Absolutely faultless car, just a little thirsty from the slightly agricultural 4 pot 3.0 diesel lump. I drove to Barcelona from London in a day - the car was comfortable and very sure-footed. It was almost enjoyable.
