Finally got the clutch out and look at the state of it. Apparently the old boy used to ride it everywhere and you can see that. It’s only done 40k!

I have a full new clutch kit but the flywheel is deeply scored, either i find a good replacement or have this one skimmed, but it’s going to need a lot of metal off to sort it out. Drive plate is wafer thin and down to the rivets, it’s obviously been driven for a while with it slipping hence the damage.

That's a shame, on most cars the rivets start heavily damaging the pressure plate long before the flywheel.
