Does France have the most shite? - Photo Overload!

Looking on Flickr, There seems to be a large amount of old shite car's still on French turf, Is this because they built most of them to start with or do they just appreciate them more when they was newer?.

 

Either way I'd thought it's another good excuse to shamelessly post someone else's photos from Flickr (This time being Planete-GT's Photostream) as he has some wonderful tat that he's photoed at French car shows.

Them square headlight Simca 1000s is well fab. Would love to own one, but pretty much extinct in Blighty.

the 504 coupe/cab are more Italian than French.

Designed and built in Italy but with French oily bits.

The problem with them (and it's a big one) is that they were built out of some very poor quality steel (I think maybe Russian) which can rust even under a good coat of paint. French built Peugeots are made of much better steel and are much easier to look after.
