Anybody know about these Kia Clarus .Look interesting

Just discovered the Kia Clarus Look like great autoshite for now and the future , lots of toys , cheap as chips Anyone know about them , good rubbish , !Bad in a good way . if you know what I mean !The Magentis looks like it will be interesting soon too

I had a Magentis - good car. Go like the clappers with the V6, incongruously good handling (I once stayed up the chuff of a WRX for about six miles along a local B-road after he barged his way past me on a blind bend), lots of toys and well screwed together, although some of the materials are a bit low-rent. I'd have another one though. I would imagine the Clarus to be pretty similar, except slower and uglier. Aren't they based on the Hyundai Sonata?

The Clarus isn´t a bad car, but you can feel and see everywhere that it was cheap when it was new. The interieur looks very cheap and doesn´t age too well, it´s very rustprone etc., they will be gone soon.

I imagine getting parts (unless you have a spare one to take apart) would be a nightmare, although Kia dealers might have them at nice main dealer prices.

Clarus/Magentis/Sonata/XG30.......all top chod in my book. And like you say, DIRT CHEAP.
