grizz Posted September 9 Author Posted September 9 48 hour delivery.ย ย I wanted a set of clear indicators for the Astro since @Rocket88ย sold it to me.ย ย Being here in the USA meant direct order and less than half the UK delivered price.ย ย Also got some great advice on fitting them.ย ย Congratulations. They are getting hard to find. You will discover that the holes are not tapped to accept the bolts to mount them to the headlight bezels. ย Had to tap mine, which is easy as itโs plastic ย Super chuffed.ย Westbay, Rocket88 and CraigRK 3
grizz Posted September 10 Author Posted September 10 . Maybe not everyone is interested in Hummingbirds but they fascinate me.ย The energy they burn while working every day.ย Video in slow motion is still fast.ย Part of the stuff I enjoy when on these trips in thr USA.ย ย . ย ย ย ย CraigRK 1
grizz Posted September 10 Author Posted September 10 And now we are up to Sunday.ย ย The first year I visited Dennis and Debbie here in Missouri in 2016 they took me out for a day and it included ferries, three different rivers including the Mississippi, Missouri and Illinois rivers.ย ย Lunch was at Aeries Winery up on the hill, after a $10.00 per person ski lift ride up the hill. Thanks Dennis.ย ย Mixed video and photos.ย ย ย Carl1981, CraigRK and Westbay 3
grizz Posted September 11 Author Posted September 11 Another almost โReal Timeโ update.ย Yesterday Adam, Dave, Warren and I met up at Ethyls Smoke House restaurant for lunch after dropping son Tripp at the child minders.ย Following and awesome lunch, served by the eternally hot and busy Kelly, I had BBQ wings with bleu cheese sauce, we went to Daves house to collect a Kawazaki KX 80 that was Adams as a kid, given to Dave subsequently for his grandkids and now 22 years later full circle, back with Adam and Dennis.ย 9/11 also Dennisโ Birthday.ย He has taken a day off work and the two of us are headed out in his GMC Jimmy for a day trip to Hannibal and elsewhere.ย Some random photos.ย Video.ย . grizz Posted September 15 Author Posted September 15 Day one on the road for real. ย Headed to Fayetteville in Arkansas, Craig driving, meโฆ..? Shooting ย Want to see some video action?? ย Click here. ย Subscribe ย Like. ย ย I will do a photo dump. ย Tired of writing long stories and descriptions and getting zero interaction from most people. ย So enjoy the pictures and ask questions. ย ย Craig also won a 1970 VW Beetle ย Almost a year after I won the 206CC Convertible. ย Terrible luck ehhh ? ย ย Also made it to Buc-ees ย May need to Google that.ย MrBig, Landy Mann, GlenAnderson and 3 others 6

grizz Posted September 17 Author Posted September 17 Right.ย ย Been a bit busy.ย ย So some more random photos.ย ย Hope you like them.ย ย So after getting done at Bucees we headed on to Fayetteville, stopping for a late lunch and our first Braums experience.ย ย An interesting concept in fast food and fresh food convenience store all in one.ย ย We had pretty forgettable chicken strips. Not at all bad but just mehhh. However, the milkshakes are worth it.ย Westbay and redratbike 2
grizz Posted September 18 Author Posted September 18 I decided to edit Buc-ees their own content video.ย ย It is certainly an amazing concern.ย ย I was wondering about things like getting the underground tanks filled for 120 pumps that offer at least three types of fuel, and of course there are EVโs on the road that do not use fuel or any power sources as the Electricity just magically appears from a cable. No plants, humans or earth damaged.ย ย The Video ย ย The rest of the trip to Fayetteville was uneventful.ย ย And a Walmart stop for drinks to take to Clems and a look at some T-shirts as I had not found Sally a nice Missouri hoody or shirt yet. ย ย With a stop for a late lunch at Braums. ย CraigRK and Westbay 2
grizz Posted September 19 Author Posted September 19 So we got to Clem and Kims in ย Fayetteville late afternoon.ย planned so that we didnโt interfere in their business as both run their own businesses.ย ย I have visited them every year since 2015 when my buddy Martin and I attended Toys for Tots, which Tubatrucks.com support.ย ย True Southern hospitality with a touch of Texas and 70โs California thrown in.ย ย I will just post a video and a bunch of pics.ย ย Itโs possible this is my favourite video upload so far. ย ย ย If any photos need explanation, please do ask away in here.ย ย And all you clever chapsโฆโฆ. What was the Ram panelvan before it became a Ram?? ย Nope, not a lamb.ย ย Ohh,,and enjoy.ย Westbay, Jenson Velcro and Landy Mann 3

grizz Posted September 22 Author Posted September 22 After our goodbyes to Clem, Kim and the animals we headed out over the street to a Kum and Go gas station for ice for our amazing Yeti icebox.ย ย Cold drinks on the road are nice.ย ย Next stop was Andyโs house near Terlton, which is near Tulsa in Oklahoma.ย ย Uneventful day and we almost got out of our truck, straight into his Ford Lightening EV farm truck.ย ย Already done 59k miles, by now itโs bound to be 60k miles which in modern language is 100k km.ย ย Lunch was Mexican.ย ย I had Tilapia and have to say, mind blowing food. So good.ย ย After lunch we went to Carols house where this double headed fan was being fitted.ย It had been a gift from Michael Hutchens, whom we were visiting the next day.ย ย Video ย ย Some random photos.ย ย Video probably tomorrow or so.ย ย Hope you guys/girls are keeping up.ย ย . grizz Posted September 23 Author Posted September 23 So the afternoon of Day 1 at Andyโs we were on the tools, so to speak.ย He allowed Craig and I to play with some of his machines in a cow pasture.ย ย Who would say no to that??ย ย Sure, some would, but not the two of us.ย ย Few pictures.ย ย VIDEO:ย ย ย The next day we did a load of stuff including a visit to Michael Hutchens to see what he has been up to.ย ย Lots of juicy stuff there and an interview around a Lotus Cortina race car that used to belong to Brian Johnson of AC/DC thatโs been restored for historical racing.ย ย Food a few times as well.ย ย And some preparation for a first job interview, which I did not get to progress beyond stage one.ย ย Photos.ย Jim Bell and Westbay 2
