GlenAnderson Posted Sunday at 10:23 Posted Sunday at 10:23 That’s turned out really well. 👍 With a little filler they’ll look perfect. Are you aiming for perfect? Or are you going to let the repairs show? Either way, they’re so much better than what you started with. 👍

That way, even shit will look good from 10 yards This is obviously an out of sync preview. It’s only the first phase fiberglass filler and some lightweight stuff worked with 80 grit Followed by a lot more working back before primer and blocking. grizz Posted Sunday at 19:49 Author Posted Sunday at 19:49 Remember that door I damaged on Thursday? Stepped away from it on Friday Saturday afternoon Nick brought some big tools. In the end I built myself a special tool to work around the damage. By 7.00pm I had sorted the damage. Today I put some filler and worked it. Then mounted the door on the cab Check it out !! More 180 grit tomorrow then primer and blocking. I am so chuffed it worked out. Full repair Video is uploaded and published on Riangrizz Hopefully it helps someone out there. Loads of pics. Sorry. Not sorry. . Stinkwheel, MrBig, auntiemaryscanary and 5 others 8

grizz Posted yesterday at 06:43 Author Posted yesterday at 06:43 Seems that I have been busy all week with important stuff. Stuff that had a short Sell by Date. Breaking down the BBQ and harvesting a load of decent soil from the neighbors yard. Fixing the groundwork for the driveway that I had previously done. Because it’s not happening anymore. Today is day three of barrowing a load of soil in from there. A week off the truck. Well, 4-5 days. Maybe I will get back to that door that I haven’t touched since the first filler, tomorrow, Saturday. Problem with the soil is that it’s available only till Lukas brings the work truck back to remove it all. Thats probably tonight. Look at the size of deck he is building behind the house. Pic taken from my side. Most of that used to be Margarets lower gardens. So despite not being worked for the last 4 years since she went into a home, it is good soil, despite being hard. A few pics of what I have been doing. Deceptively looks like nothing has been done. Status normal then. PS. Rescued a rotten sleeper to cap bed edge once I find two or three dood ones to build the wall with. I used to plant perennials in there before. Looked lovely. 666jjp, auntiemaryscanary and Westbay 3
Bmwdumptruck Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago God I wish I had a few ounces of your motivation, determination and enthusiasm for all these jobs. I have a huge list of must do, need to do and would like to do jobs, but rarely have the above to make anywhere near the progress you do. I never know where to start. Hats off to ya fella. Keep it all coming, never a dull moment on here. My current main project was to be adding AC to my moho. But it turns out the kit I bought is for an earlier version of a VW T4 and is missing the correct ring antenna connector and the OBD port from it’s loom, so tomorrow will mostly be spent putting the whole lot back together so we can go away next month and I’ll revisit it again another day. Hoping the guy that supplied the kit can swap it for a later one, as I’ve been told he’s getting a later model in to break in a week or two. auntiemaryscanary, grizz and Westbay 2 1

Hope you get the AC sorted.
Jenson Velcro Posted 25 minutes ago Posted 25 minutes ago I know it’s been warm recently, and you like working in flip flops/sliders, but you wearing the lace thong really makes the mind boggle.
