I think I've seen it before.The idea behind it's great but it's just ruined by poor American acting, like so many of these 'reality' shows they're churning out at the minute.

AHR does not suffer from poor acting, they are real people that worked for Boyd, I love the show but I have never been able to find a download of all the series

yes a very good program and that interior guy does an amazing job i cant get over the turnover off staff though surely that has to be a car fanatics ideal job, is it right that boyd is no more then

I love hot rods but this program makes me sad cos it's not enough about the cars and more about the "human interest", which doesn't interest me at all! I can understand that it needs some from a TV point of view but still.....And, building hot rods it ace! But not so much in the UK cos it's dead hard to make a living from it as it's still a hobby over here for most, I reckons. I think it's different in the States cos it's more of a lifestyle and less unusual. Also, guys who wanted one when they were teenagers are now in their 50s with cash to spend whereas over here, if you don't want a new car then you're considered odd which I think is something we've all experienced!

It is a soap: Boyd's had his wife and ex-wife both working for him nearly everyone that leaves end up working for Chip Foose and yo see them on Overhaulin. Then there have been the Bankruptcies and 'ship of theseus' court cases.

I can't watch these because of that. Inevitably, there's an argument between two ugly, tattooed 40 something dickheads, someone makes a mistake, a couple of them bitch behind each other's back, they go to a bar, someone buys the car for 5 billion dollars. The ones I have seen, I didn't actually se anything of the car. I'd rather watch that Kitcar is Born style programme.

It's just infuriating to watch. I hate how they're billed as reality shows when they're so very obviously scripted and the acting is so wank.It's like they think we're completely fucking stupid.
