Am I the only one who quite -likes- the bug -eye scorpio??...thought so..............

I like it, but I don't think my wife would tolerate it with a mile of the house!

I'm quite keen on them, only the saloons though.. In black i think they look very FBi'ish :D

I think a lot of cars work better as estates and the Scorpio is one of them. We have the equally bug-eyed C5 estate, which is another example.Personally I have no problem driving a hideous car, as long as it functions well. The ugly ones try harder.

I love the scorpio! I think the estate is a bit half-assed (given that it's a sheetmetal rework of the previous model - the back end is hardly touched) so it'd have to be a dark-coloured saloon, pre-facelift so it's got the all-red rear cluster. needs leather and 'leccy goodies to go wrong so an ultima or ghia x or something.

Ugly cars and concept cars - interchangeable? I think the world's ugliest car is the last generation Corolla Verso - About to go search for a pic.

I ran a 24v cossie estate for a year back in the 90's. beautiful car inside and out. I always parked nose out so that face greeted me in the morning.Parked next to a 2.3 Ultima saloon just after xmas at the Grantham Downtown garden centre - an acquired taste maybe, but definitely mine. Spoke to the owner - in his late 70's and owned it since new. Covered a whopping 8,500 miles since.
