Yes, and he has just been to Italy and back with no MoT or Tax and put it all on the YouTube. I wonder if the local plod will go round and nick him and confiscate the car as he would not have been insured either.

I think they were filming a publicity film for Porsche. That is one of teh earliest cars that was tested by Porsche in 1948. It is what is known as a Gmünd Coupé. 

There is a car in the Porsche Museum that still wears that plate
