Nice to see you too are afflicted with Herbie’s, they are like Trotter vans over ’ere. Yellow cortinas however we need more of.

I have a sneaky suspicion that Mk5 may have belonged to a mate of mine about 12 years ago. I'm that is the same reg, but it was on a dark red 2.0 GLS that belonged to a lad called Dezzy (Fred Dibnah's nephew for extra bonus points).Miry Lane used to be the shite hotspot in Wigan :)

I know what you mean Pete, but it all happened at a time before Autoshite (and tree-huggers :evil: ) so I didn't take any pics of the various dead cars in the vicinity. There is a garage behind Corkhills which used to have a couple of dead P6's in their yard but again, they're long gone.The yard where I found the Rialto was also home to a saveable looking B-reg Scimitar SS1. Prices for runners and projects here are a little 'optimistic' so I wouldn't imagine it'd be cheap....
