Strange there’s no 500, production didn’t end for another 2 years. Did it go off sale in the UK early?

The text mentions all cars featured are Italian made & the last rear engined cars sold in the uk before the 126 were made by Seat but badged as Fiats iirc.

Ah ok that makes sense. I have an old AutoCar from 1974 and there’s the Spanish built ‘Fiat 850’ for sale

It possible they weren’t imported by Fiat uk, I’m sure someone knows better than me.

Fiat 130 saloon

I'd love to drive a Fiat 124 around for shits and giggles. How long would it be before some utters "It's a Lada!"

The Fiat 125 was no longer sold in the UK in 1972 but were being built in Poland with a less impressive engine, correct me if I am wrong.

I was confused when reading the a-z cars 1945-70 & noticing the Fiat 124 was very lada like.  The fso used a 125 body shell but engines & suspension from the older fiat 1500.
