I had to go up to stokenchurch this morning for a RSC meeting, as I joined the m40 an F reg 560 sel passed in the middle lane at a reasonable rate of knots- 5 up and looking far more elegant/ sinister than anything else (apart from me). I caught up with it and we convoyed the one junction up the motorway.

I've seen that in the flesh- it's worse than it looks. And up close it isn't pretty. No I wasn't feeling a suicidal flush to the wallet but it was in the yard of a friend or my mechanic friend. He had had it for years outside with no cover. The same as the 2cvs, dyanes, visas and a traction. Basically he thought he had a goldmine, and may have done had he kept them out of the elements for the last thirty years.
