wanted.aluminium or stainless fuel tank

as the title says...an ally or stainless 10 gallon fuel tank wanted i know i can get these new off the bay of flea ,but i thought i'd ask here and see what people had lurking about

Does it have to be ten gallon? I have a decent alloy tank, bespoke made for a project I was doing but ended up going for a collapsible fuel cell in the end so it’s never been used. Not sure of the capacity but think it’s only 6-8 gallon tops.

No problem, will wait on gigglepin but if not give me a shout in a week or so to remind me as snowed under in building work but can dig it out and measure it up for you. I have a mate who works in Southampton and travels down every week as well.

It’s immaculate as was professionally made for the project and has never been used. The filler section was second hand but great condition. It will early next week before I can get my hands on it as knee deep in building work at mo.

bloody cheek..the engine's fine it's the fuel tank that's the weak link at the mo..it ran long enough to set  a track record

Yes mate, dug it out today but didn’t get a chance to measure it up due to an emergency at work. I am in London tomorrow but will measure it up Wednesday or Thursday at absolute latest and let you know. Sorry about the delay.
