Mrs 95's son twatted his Volvo into a ditch last night

We all know being young breakdown and recovery cover is for old people.

Anyone suggest a local recover company or feel they've appropriate gear to tackle it. Appropriate financial reward of course.

There are 2 companies in Norwich I think think of straight away - Kerleys or Delmonte. I used Delmonte when my clutch packed up.

There are probably closer breakdown companies in Fakenham or Hunstanton that could help but I don't know who they are.

EDIT: I think there's a garage in Docking but they probably don't have a 24 hr recovery service or anything robust enough to recover the car.

Some may also refuse as it’s not on the road. Was he ok?

The nearest local legit recovery company to do that is http://www.tearsrecovery.co.uk/ , they have offices in Kings Lynn and Fakenham. Might be worth giving them a shout.

I know people that could drag it out but what we do with it then would be tricky.

I was thinking friendly farmer with tractor might get it back on the level stuff, it might be a trip to the scrap yard after that though.

I know a local scrapper that will drag it out and take it away, he may or may not charge, I'd have to ask him. Let me know if you're not having any joy with your ring around?

Ask on one of the banger racer forums, if you aren't too worried about the state when it comes out then strops through the front and rear windows would get it out.

Cheers everyone. Pretty much sorted. Aplus did a drive by on a return to base. Had a go with the Winch they had. Popping back with a more substantial one.
