Anyone able to identify these? I guess they run along the sides of a scootay and the handles are for the pillion passenger?

Hoop shaped bar goes to the rear?

 

What are they from? I know you will know.

Looks like they’re for the rear bubbles of a Vespa PX. The handlebar bits will be foot pegs for the pillion, terminating at the rear of the floor section.
