You need to get some live readings off this. Trying to diagnose off that bit of paper will cause sleepless nights and loss of hair.

We get this every year with the Rover 600. Probably due to the pattern cat put on to replace the original rotten one in 2014.

 

A new air filter, bottle of injector cleaner in the tank and an Italian tune up always seems to scrape it through. This year, I'm going to try doing that BEFORE submitting it, in the hope it goes straight through without another fail.
