Have had it on dvd for years. I reckon it's the best film Stanley Baker ever did! Look out for Sid James too.

Awesome film, it was on the telly in 2007 during the 'Summer Of British Film' season. It's really gritty and violent, and even features a young Sean Connery.

 

The trucks look like they weighed about 100 tonnes.

I think I've still got it taped from the telly in about 1991.Also still got The Fast Lady which I watched a couple of weeks back

If I remember correctly the speeded up intro was filmed in the Vale of Glamorgan and also features Patrick McGoohan (apologies to Patrick if I've spelt his name wrong)
