Help- wheel cylinder identification, pls!

Hi Gang

 

I need some help identifying these front offside wheel cylinder - until recently fitted to my Zuk, because mine are shot/ solid. Even if I freed them, the bores arepretty manky.

 

I can't find anything like them and wondered if anyone had seen suchlike before. I know I have, just can't recall where?

 

Best I've found by way of reference is LPR 5228 which I think is the same.
