Thanks Fred. The car I'm checking is an lpg'd galaxy. I was in negotiations for the sharan you bought when the site went down. Probably a good thing as I read your thread about it going into limp mode and I've already got one limping that I'm struggling to fix! Anyway good luck with it

I'm just about to update my sharan thread as I think I've sorted it with Mr muscle and turbo cleaner. I'll see how it goes before I say for certain. I hope you find a good one. They are a cracking car if you value space, versatility and a nice high up driving position.
