I'm sure this is the work of mysterious british-born car stylist 'Trevor Fiore' who changed his surname from Frost, and went on to become citroens chief stylist. He sounds like a mega interesting character but i have never found out any good information about him.

Correct.I also believe that during his time as the top stylist at Citroen he never had one design that made it into production, or ever even came close to making it into production.There are a few similar concepts to this that he made that are all one corner of the massive Citroen Museum Warehouse outside Paris.

He's a mysterious geezer alright. I thought he did get one design onto the shelves - the Visa.
