Wanted Alternator for r8 rover

I need an alternator for an r8 rover 214 16v.

If anyone has one and is willing to post it to France please let me know how much.

That looks to my ignorant eyes like a Lucas based item, ACR 18 or whatnot, but I dunno.  Techno blokes will be along to advise in a bit.

 

I have a 65 amp one of these, new in a box.  Not sure if the right type, but,if it is, say 40 quid?  Heavy, so postage might be a bit costly.  I will weigh it if interested.

Kind offer, but the guy is tighter than nuns chuff (other stereotypes available upon request). Whilst new would be preferable he will only spring for a used one.

 

I am seeing some on ebay just now for 50 or so euros all in. I would rather put that money into a shiters pocket than some breakers place......

How easy are they to remove. As in I have a 214 breaker in the garage, but not got much time to be removing stuff.

How heavy are they as I imagine postage to France would be quite pricey...

Easy to take off. Not unknown for them to fall off by themselves!

Yep, A127. The ACR won't fit. The usual guess how I know etc. etc. applies.
