any specialist seller for clutch m/c seal kits

lhd mk2 golf

 

tried a ebay no name bestest quality clutch m/c 2 years ago and its leaking already

 

relucatant to try another no name , wondered if theres any known places i could try for a rebuild kit as i kept the old genuine one  with a decent brand ? other than ebay/big red.ecp and the usuals

Have you tried that 'brakeparts' lot, I'm sure they do clutch hydraulics as well

I thought all mk2 golf clutches were cable, are LHD golf different then? I didn't know that.

its a g60 one so yeah hyd clutch

Well that's something I have learnt today. Vw heritage have them but does not specify brand or if genuine. Have you priced up from dealer as used on various vags upto 98.

just looking at options really....if a pukka brand seal kit exists id give a try with my old m/c 

 

think they changed way before 98 , had differant pedal attachemnts

Was just going by what it says on vw heritage website, not checked etka. Had a right ballache of trying to bleed clutch hydraulics on a caddy van this weekend myself, bring back cables anyday.

yeah struggled to bleed this one , its only a sunny day car bet it hasnt done much over 1000 miles

 

so many fakes and rubbish about its hard to know what to do
