Only four on my Jag, but one of them has six warnings on it - like this.

 

 

 

 

It also has a sticker advising the airbag needs to be replaced by 2007.

Mine's got a standard alloy for a spare, and it's stored full of air. Unless by flat you mean horizontal, but mine's vertical, so it's neither flat or flat.
