Car Rental - In 1987

This may be of interest, I have scanned in the Europcar National Tariff from 1987, at the time these were the rates for one way rentals.

 

Additionally there are a couple of missing vehicle lists, I don't think that they'll be paying the £50 reward anymore.

 

Also there are some images that I have found on the internet of cars that have been owned by Europcar. Some of them will be familiar as they have been saved from this site, so thanks are in order to the original posters of these pictures. The Nova photo was taken when the car was in use on the fleet, the identifiers are the blue and orange spots on the back of the interior mirror and the AA Relay sticker, the XR3i cabriolet picture is screen capture from a Findus TV advert of the time.

I once booked a 1 way from Newbury to Lincoln, in a Fiesta. In between calling and collecting, they had rented it out. In the end I got upgraded to an Escort Auto E417 KLC.....maroon with bits missing. wasnt bad though..... dropped it off at my local Ford dealer.
