What car did this Jack come from?

A local chap knocked on my door today wondering if I could identify this modified jack for him.

 

This jack operates on a horse drawn gun carriage used for film work. It is broken and will not wind up any more. The owner would like the same jack again because he says it looks good and works well.

 

The Question is what car did it come from?

I think I can confirm that as I was going to say Citroen but I couldn't remember which.

It seems GS, or at least I hope so, as have bought one off ebay for him as he does not have a account.

 

I can not find my GS jack but the car is still in a thousand bites at the moment.
