Its Sunday its sunny its a classic car show.

Last night I found out about a car show that is 30 miles away virtually on my doorstep, since this is apparently a new show with this being only its second year I decided to head over for a nosey,

I left nice and early and many back roads and 77 miles later I was at the venue where only around ten cars where in the field,

Half an hour later and the mates arrived along with a line of classics following until the field was slowly filling,

after a coffee and bacon butty we walked around admiring some pretty nice metal and by the time we had chatted to various owners the public had pretty much swarmed the site making photos a bit of a problem.

This cruiser was absolutely mint and he left before they judged which was a shame as it should have won.

beside this minty fresh beemer was an acre of steel

Lhm is green isn't it.

No show would be complete without some landys

 

This van was very clean but that alternator doesn't look right to me.

Yup that is not a vw engine in that bay.

Another engine and I bloody fooked up the car pic although you will be able to guess it for sure.

This was a downton abbey mini

at least that's what the badge on the engine said.

and it was hiding in this a modern I would love to own.

The red /burgundy mustangs owner was a very decent bloke who we spoke to for hours and is a RR regular which had made the trek north for the show.

this old Bedford which was sweet with a capital S just a shame I haven't got a full pic of it.

The blood dood in the pics was judging or refilling them if they fainted one of the two.

 

On the way hame after a bit of sunburn I stopped for a quick pic of one of the cars I forgot to take a pic of.

Thanks, I suppose for a phone they are alright but I really should invest in a proper camera.

 

The colour was even nicer in real life not sure its a factory colour though as it had a pearl type tint change from every angle.

The whole van was very well put together in fact pretty much all the cars where of high quality,
