Thanks for the replies/pointers etc.,, typical of me to be too late for the greenie, the fraudmobile does look very nice and i,ve not ruled it out entirely but ws looking for more of a project. Did clock the red tat-mobile and am awaiting a msge reply,maybe its gone. Thanks again.

First and foremost thankyou for the offer Mr Bo11ox . Your car certainly hits the mark! unfortunately a 3 door is what I,m looking for, something to do with going back 20 years to my first 3door R8 experience. You may be interested to know that I,ve spent most of today reading your various shite posts relative to this and other R8,s that you,ve been resurecting! Your dedication deserves a Rover medal of some sort, perhaps a mention in the Gaydon Hall of Fame or something! Keep up the good work, I will keep looking but I haven,t discounted your 5 door for ever!
