A friend of mine is looking for a small car and has a budget of £500. "Corsa/Clio/Polo type". She lives in Devon. Is anyone selling anything like that?

Is Hampshire too far? It's at the bottom of the UK, cos Sigmund is getting rid of Mrs Frauds Pooloo. It's cheap.
