Wanted Engines for BMW E36 328i and BMW E30 325i

 

Frustration – I have two great BMWs a 1996 E36 328i sport Coupe and a 1991 E30 325i SE saloon and both need new engines. The E36 had HGF followed by a broken head stud and the 325i a broken sump then driven without oil.

 

I want them back on the road but the world seems to conspire against me achieving that without stupid amounts of money.

Not so bad if I know it’s a good one, as the last one I bought of eBay turned out to be knackered and because it was months before my friend fitted it there was nothing I could do.

 

What do you know about the engine? What is the mileage of the engine you have? Have you heard it running? Is there a service history for the car it came out of?

 

Still expensive to collect but not so bad now I have my C15D van up and running again, where in Scotland are you? PM if you prefer.
