Flookbroyo is too expensive for me.  19th is Heaves Hotel, so that's where I'll be at.  Haven't been to Tram Sunday since I showed with my Lumina in 2008.

Matt (blguy1975), you need - as per the quoted post - to organise a road run rather than pissing about visiting Birch Services; it isn't difficult, I did one on April 26th last for a different group which (out of my control) got a completely-messed-up write-up in the 'classic' press by an attendee (and to which you were invited on a few occasions but you DNAed ).

 

Start at Dewsop Bridge and get a time machine to skip around the countryside, is my advice .

 

Joking apart, you're probably going to fall foul of "parking regulations" if you stay on the eastbound site for more than 2 hours, ditto if you pull away to the westbound services (2 hour quasi-limit again) then revisit the eastbound ones (these places use ANPR and errors aren't "unknown" *ahem* in the case of revisits within 24 hours - as a starter for ten ).

 

Said "parking regulations" have no legal standing, and it's easy to sort the issues once "notices to keeper" have been issued for people such as I who are confident with these issues - but better not to have the hassle for all attendees?
