Although parts were obviously set up, I agree with the consensus above that it wasn't bad TV at all.  Really quite enjoyed it. 

 

The contrast in lifestyle and money in our society is a bit frightening though, isn't it?  I know we all know it but it sure brings it home. 

 

Those Bridgend buyers would be so much better off going privately.  Perhaps they don't like the apparent (as opposed to real) risk? 

 

And yes, the commute is insanity of time wasted world warmed madness.

I think the issue for most of them going private is that they can't pay weekly.

 

His self funded finance deal whereby he texts you a PIN to disable the immobiliser once you pay your weekly instalment is an interesting concept.

OK and I agree that it is interesting.

 

I'm just scared at the thought of having so little money that you have to do it.  I'd much rather have an Autoshite car, some money in the bank and not be (presumably) petrified of losing my job.
