We are just back from 2 weeks in the sun.

we used resort hopper for transfers,collected at the airport by a nice bloke in a suit,everything loaded in to a 530i beemer.The bmw had cow,3 zone climate and many flashy lights on the dash and 421000ish km on the clock.All for the sum of 21euro return.

Oldsmobile Alero, early 90s.  It's roughly equivalent to my Mercury Sable.  Engine will most likely be the 3.1V6 I had in my Lumina, which was a sweet motor.

Ah, the GC plates fooled me.  Looks like there's been some island-hopping going on among the locals then, as I'm sure I noticed one car wearing TF (Tenerife) in there too.

Last week I was on Lanzarote and I'm happy to report that Mazda 323C lives on and has been bashed some more 

 

 

The roadside bumper corner has dropped now, with cracked lens.  Excellent.

Now I've resurrected and old thread, I might as well post the a few more photos of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.  Taken last week.

The first Iveco Massif I've ever seen.  A Giugiaro update flop on the Santana with Sofim engine

 

 

Mercedes W126 280 SE, so no later than 1985

 

 

Early-90s Mazda 323 GT.  I think these were quite pokey in their day

 

 

Opel Ascona 1.8i.  Perhaps a rarity with this engine, as I think was a matter of months away from the facelift

 

 

Late-80s Mk2 Ford Orion, the 1.6i Ghia no less.  Turbo badging is someone larking about, but in-period at least

 

 

1989-93 BMW 318i, probably SE as it had leather in?  Additional nose adjustment perhaps increasing the aerodynamics

 

 

1966 Mercedes 200D 'Fintail'.  Annoyingly wearing a set of 1980s alloy wheels as found on W123 series
