HWB on creamy

A bit personal as HWB was my Grandfather

Taken outside his work at the end/start of his commute in about 1913.

Nobody had cars as there were no roads outside the village.

Vladivostock in 1911 Taken by the above HWB.

He was on the way from Nagasaki Japan to Moscow and London via the trans Siberian railway.

Most these fuckers are probably just retiring from a cushy life, culminating in a senior position from somewhere like the BBC or as a Civil Servant. A token gong, a nice lump sum and an attractive final salary pension.Talk about cradle to grave state handouts.
