Guest Breadvan72 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 I cannot assist, sorry, but just wanted to mention that my sister in law in Toronto has one of these that has done a billion miles on its original engine and gearbox. It has been from Toronto to Florida and back several times and never exploded. It is dull as fook to drive but can carry 400 kids and ten wet dogs and seems to go on for ever.
Guest Lord Sward Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 My Neon had grease nipples on its track rod ends. Just saying like.
Asimo Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 It is an American Chrysler so probably fix-friendly. Good luck.Good shite, these. Espec.the V6.

Yeah, I was watching some of those videos on You Tube where yoofs rev the nuts out of engines until they die (the engines that is). The Chrysler V6 was the only one they couldn't kill.
andy18s Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Had a 3.3 v6 Grand as a pool car when I spent some time in GermanyHad the fridge/tv unit between the seats and everything you can imagine was electrically adjustedWent very very well but then we weren't paying for the petrol.....
Noel Tidybeard Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 expect the body control module to go french although i've been told its cheap enuff to not bother refurb v6 is basically a merc e-class donk
RichardMoss Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 v6 is basically a merc e-class donkNo it's not. It's pure Chrysler - a pushrod engine design that goes back to LONG before Mercedes even thought about making a V6. You may find some MB based engines in some Chrysler products but not Voyagers of this era.Details here: https://www.allpar.com/mopar/33.html I'm on my second one now - I had a 1994 2nd generation model and now have a 2001 4th gen one. Both 3.3L V6s and both with high mileage. Wonderful, smooth, comfortable waftobuses, capable of covering 600 miles per day without knackering the driver. www.allpar.com is a useful resource and their minivans forum is here: https://www.allpar.com/forums/forum/16-minivans-·-pacifica/ Asimo 1
