Not too far up the A13 is Peter James motors in Dagenham. They have done a few bits for me and have been excellent.

Heard a lot of good about LLR Land Rover specialists who are just down the road from me south of the river in Charlton. No personal experience though I know a few folk who use them and say they is well R8'd of the landy forums.

 

Plenty of breakers in Erith too just over the bridge.
