Help (Plymouth)

Friends 05 Hyundai Getz threw a bit of a wobbler and is now marooned a billion miles away in a Plymouth dealers workshop. The OS wishbone (for want of a better word) went wonky and they want wads of cash (which is unavailable) to fit a new bit or two (fleabay £40 each).  Anyone know of a independant local to Plymouth who may be able to sort it for a smaller wad of cash? I beleive it is drivable but not by those of a nervious disposition.

There is a slight chance I may be able to help out with this. I have someone wanting to buy my crappy C3 and want it delivered down to Totnes so I will be down that way with a trailer. If it comes off I could pick your car up and bring it back to my workshop. No problem fitting secondhand parts if that's what you want £40 p/h at whatever the book time is for the job

I have a garage even further down in Cornwall and charge 25 ph but am about 65 miles from plymouth

I know a very good and sensible garage in Ivybridge which is about 10 miles from Plymouth, it's where I get all my work/MOTs done on my 405s.  If you're still stuck I'll pm you his number and you can see if you can sort out a more sensible deal with him.  I would imagine he could get it lifted from Plymouth to his site fairly simply.

I always go to Station View  in the city centre (you can probably guess the approximate location)
