What year is it? I may have the chance of one of these - 2-litre auto with all the fruit and about 48k on it, on a 52 plate I believe - at trade price so am interested to know what can go wrong.

Fuck all apart from heater motor relays go wrong. Mine still looks fantastic when I bother to take it to the Iraqis to get it cleaned.

 

It has aged well.

 

Meanwhile the other half's new fangled Fiat 500 has just been dragged off by the AA to the garage. Pissed itself in public and disgraced itself.

Useful info, if this CR-V is cheap enough I may take a punt - the old fella who owns it is going to get the hand controls and hoist removed first then get the local Honda dealer to bid him, so I'm assuming they'll give him the likely auction price as it's too old (and has a few biffs on bolt-on panels) to retail.
