That's immense. As I recall the VDP used to get tatty real quick as all the shiny shit on the mirrors used to fall off.

Shiny shit!?, that is brushed stainless steel that is. I was dead proud of those mirror shells on mine.

Hello all. Been bit busy, but quick update. Had to re shuffle to a bigger unit to house the 19 cars. Bonus is I'm getting to use most of them.....nice shot of my 2 Chrysler Alpines, same colour, similar mileage....both epic condition.post-12144-0-86932700-1499449887_thumb.jpegpost-12144-0-03619700-1499449918_thumb.jpegpost-12144-0-05028100-1499449935_thumb.jpegpost-12144-0-04446700-1499449947_thumb.jpegpost-12144-0-76054600-1499449959_thumb.jpegpost-12144-0-59391300-1499449972_thumb.jpeg

Those Alpines are sublime! What's with the 'w' plate - aren't the Chryslers late 70's?

The Face-lifted 1980 model year Alpine didnt arrive in the showrooms until late January/February of that year and the earliest of those are on a V, there was still dealer stock of the pre face-lift well in post August, hence this late Mk1 wears a W plate.
