Totally off-topic,cheap/free sim card needed

Apologies for posting this,but in a slight panic.Basically I need to find a free or cheap sim card for a pay-as-you-go phone tonight or tomorrow.Mrs 155 has a hospital appointment which she needs picking up from tomorrow,but she's lost her phone so can't ring me to pick her up.I've got a spare phone,but it has no sim card.Anyone know where I could buy one tonight or tomorrow morning?
