Anyone near St Austell?

I was wondering if there was anyone in deepest Cornwall who could do me  a big favour look at a motor for me?

The car is a bit of a bastardisation and I'm unsure if it's been done properly or a basket case ... It does have 12 months MOT, which should mean it's not a death trap.

I'm not that far away, but I'm no mechanic so couldn't give an expert opinion on said vehicle

A general overview would be fine, I just want a reasonable opinion of said vehicle.

Just things like, does it look utter shit, does the work look like it's been done well or a bit of a lash up, does the engine/gearbox look like it wall fall out any-time soon ... that sort of thing.
