Car Magazines. Including Car Mechanics and Practical Classics. Free!

Right then been over my dads today and sorting through some stuff and have came across some of my old Car magazines that I kept. Sadly some older ones have been binned by my family a few years ago but these have slipped through.

I'll start off with the Car Mechanics Magazines then as I find more I'll add them. Same with the Practical Classics Magazines. I'll also be adding a separate listing for a few Brochures from the earlier 90's and one late 80's which is brilliant!

Would prefer collection ideally from WS9 or if preferred DE12 but can maybe post them at cost with small amount towards packaging etc. All have been clearly used / read but are tidy. Seams a shame to send them to the tip as Im sure someone would get some use/enjoyment out of them.

1st off some Car Mechanics Magazines.

November 2003. MR2 project Part 4. Readers 1985 Vauxhall Nova 1.2L owned from new.

July 2005. MK1 Golf GTI MK1 Project. Peterborough to Peterhead! £100 Cars X3, Ford Sierra Ghia 2.0 Jreg. Volvo 240 2.0 Ereg. Mazda 626 2.0 Exective Freg.

More Magazines to follow.

Hi DE12 is Measham, which although is a Derbyshire postcode is under Swadlincote as the actual post town. Just a few minutes off the M42 junction 11 where it becomes the A42.

Thanks for the polite answer ;-)

I'll have some of these.... I'm in Coalville but work a lot in Solihull so usually do the Measham shortcut :-) I'd be interested to see what brochures you have too....

I'll take a stack of Car Mechanics, actually not too fussed about which ones so was going to suggest a random selection that nobody else fancies.

No problem Pillock.  I've got some more Car Mechanics Magazines somewhere just a case of finding them! It's a real shame some of the earlier one's I had brought i.e 93.94.95 era got binned without me knowing.  I've taken these all home with me now so if you want to have a look through and pick some up from Measham. Just let me know when it suits you and I'll try and make sure I can get back over to meet you.

There not many Brochures to chose from but your welcome to pick through them unless you want Fiat Brochures from the 90's as we have most models from then.

Did find one for the Lotus Carlton though which I might keep to sell as it could be worth something?

No trouble Lord Sterling I don't mind holding onto a few things for a while just can't keep on to them all as it's bad enough with my model cars and car parts!

Funny enough when I saw the article on the Rover 600 today I thought of you! I know the Rover 800 is more your speciality though and have something else here that might be of interest to you.

A Rover Brochure of "Today's Cars" October 1992 - January1993 including the 800,400,200,Metro,Montego,Maestro,Mini. The outer cover a little worn but the pages are excellent. If you want it then your welcome to have it too?

Yes please for 'Todays Cars'. Would next Saturday afternoon/early evening be any good? I *should* be taking my 820E to Telford around then, providing I'm in my own car I could take a detour into Walsall on my way back to Birmingham.

I'm passing through Measham at 8am (boo) but more usefully about 5pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Any good to you for getting rid of a random selection? I could promise you a ride in my car just like Lord S but it's a Ford Focus so you'll likely decline.
