Spottings in France

Some wonderful French tat for you, sorry about the lack of content but the weather was rubbish and I was doing all the driving.

However the rain did stop long enough for us to do a bit of shopping in the market.

We had booked to return on the ferry from Santander but it was cancelled due to bad weather which meant we had to drive all the way to Caan in the same bad weather, a bit like a three hundred mile long car wash. I am glad the windscreen wipers were up to it, must be the most work they have ever done in the last forty years.

Is that a Citroen HY or Peugeot J9 under there?

I'm not sure, what's the French for "get out of the way love, I'm trying to take pics of the van - and by the way is it Citroen or Peugeot based?"

Try this, next time: "Sortir de la voie, cherie. Je suis en train de prendre des photos du camion - et d'ailleurs, est-il fondé sur basse Citroën ou Peugeot?"

Google-fu suggests neither Peugeot nor Citroen. Too large for either.
