If it starts, goes & stops and has a bit of test and rent anything's worth £275 I'd say.

Your Fiesta CVT grew out of this:

The Ford Fiestas & the Fiat Unos (and the Honda Jazzes I think!) use micro processors to do what the Dafs did with vacuum pressure & rubber hoses (sounds like some form of torture....) but the principles are the same. In essence, the amount of vacuum generated by the engine (manifold depression) decides what "gear" (ratio) the car uses. The newer systems use a steel braced belt and Dafs use rubber belts, but again, the principles are the same.

A great choice for Autoshiting-we look forward to pictures......

When there good there good

Like any auto make sure it works ok

Some of these have a fault when first started from cold they will stall as soon as you select D but let it tickover for a few minutes and it will be ok and fine when warm i dont know if its a sign of box failure though ?

But for a that sort of money if the body is good how bad can it be ? scrapyards are full of manual Fiesta's

I'm not convinced. IMO they aren't shite, they are shit. I had bad experience and will not touch one ever again.
